I stumbled upon an incredible blog with impressive poetic prose: "ritual acts with penquins" by Cocaine Jesus. You have to read him.

Cocaine Jesus: I think that's what shook me up last night. After reading a few of your pieces, I realized how pale my story was. BUt I've polished it and I guess everyone will have to live with it now, including me.

Jamie: We're not competing, are we? That's one misgiving I had about the weekend stories. I didn't want people to think it was a competition. Which is why I don't post my story until after the weekend, and why I don't read any of the posts until my story is finished.
